Daily, you'll manage press operations, monitor print quality, and troubleshoot any issues that arise, all while maintaining a seamless workflow for our clients.

- Operate offset printing machines with precision, including Heidelberg SM 74-6 and Komori PRESS 102.
- Monitor print quality and ensure consistency across all jobs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during printing.
- Manage press schedules and maintain a smooth workflow to meet client deadlines.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of printing equipment.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure high-quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest printing technologies and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the printing environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in offset printing or a related field.
- Proven experience operating Heidelberg SM 74-6 or similar high-speed offset presses.
- Strong knowledge of color management and print quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Certification in offset printing (e.g., Heidelberg or Komori) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
