📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our e-waste recycling operations in Indonesia.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Lead market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the e-waste and circular economy sectors.
• Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals to drive growth and innovation.
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to promote our e-waste management solutions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and corporate sustainability goals.
• Represent Gain City Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, particularly in the e-waste or circular economy sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing business development teams.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using business development software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
• Certification in environmental management or a related field is a plus.
