As a Deputy Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lead teachers in delivering high-quality education to our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessons.,Support students in their learning process and provide additional guidance when needed.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.,Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.,Assist in the preparation of lesson materials and resources.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Help with the organization of school events and activities.,Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.,At least 1 year of teaching experience.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Passion for education and commitment to student success.,Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and classroom dynamics.

🛠️ Keahlian

Effective classroom management skills.Strong pedagogical knowledge and skills.Experience with educational technology and tools.Multilingual skills (English is a plus).
