📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the accounting team.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other required reports.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all financial dealings.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial administration role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Certification in financial administration or a related field is a plus.
