📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and safely.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, working to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses.,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other related activities.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
