Operational Driver - Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar & Surrounding Areas)

Join KJ Perabot as an Operational Driver in Bali! We are seeking experienced, professional drivers to support our retail and consumer goods operations across Bali’s most dynamic areas, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and beyond.

This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 5,000,000 - Rp 8,000,000 per month, plus benefits such as health insurance, performance bonuses, and professional development opportunities. As an Operational Driver at KJ Perabot, you will be responsible for delivering goods to our retail stores and customers, ensuring timely and efficient service. You will operate various types of vehicles, including vans and trucks, and navigate Bali's diverse and sometimes challenging roads.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver goods to retail stores and customers in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles, including vans and trucks, ensuring they are in good condition for safe and efficient use.
• Follow GPS and route instructions to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Communicate with the operations team to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure the well-being of yourself and others.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the appropriate department for timely repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior, ensuring it meets company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and that customers are satisfied with the service provided.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in a retail or consumer goods delivery role.
• Valid driver's license for the type of vehicles you will operate, with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning software, such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Good physical condition and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Familiarity with Bali's roads and traffic conditions is a plus.
