In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we source high-quality materials and supplies at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all procurement activities, including purchasing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize costs.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality and reliability.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in developing and implementing new procurement strategies to support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
