📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students to address their emotional, social, and academic needs.
  • Develop and implement counseling programs and initiatives to support student well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of students receiving counseling services.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in school counseling and professional development opportunities.
  • Promote positive school climate and student engagement through various activities and events.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance the counseling skills of school staff.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in school counseling or a related role.
  • Valid counseling certification or license (preferred).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
