📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents to relevant authorities.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Ensure the accuracy and security of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior accountant role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of healthcare industry accounting practices is a plus.
