Manage and optimize HR shared services, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.,Provide strategic HR support to the organization, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.,Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR shared services, with a focus on payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of managing HR shared services in a healthcare or similar industry.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
