Shop Link Lestari is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents that support our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for clear, concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Work with developers and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Ensure that all technical documents meet company standards and guidelines.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving existing documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
