📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.,Maintain a database of candidates and update it regularly.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance and suitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
