Oriental Logistics Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Services (CS) Export Import professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the export and import sector. If you are passionate about customer service and have experience in the logistics or export/import industry, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in the export and import sector,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally,Assist in the preparation and processing of export and import documentation,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient order processing,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in export and import,Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, particularly in the logistics or export/import industry,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with export and import documentation and procedures
