📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the business.,Oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager and other departments to ensure overall store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
