📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the distribution of insurance products to customers.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities.,Assist in the organization and coordination of distribution events and promotions.,Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to improve our products and services.,Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.,Assist in the training and development of new distribution officers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a distribution or sales role in the insurance industry.,Strong understanding of insurance products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales and distribution software is a plus.,Must be able to travel frequently to meet with customers and clients.
