📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead instructor in planning, preparing, and delivering training sessions.,Support learners by providing guidance, feedback, and encouragement.,Maintain accurate records of learner progress and attendance.,Collaborate with the lead instructor to develop and update training materials.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to learners.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training programs.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as an instructor or similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training and development methodologies.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.,Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
