📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support and maintenance services to customers.,Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting technical equipment.,Performing routine maintenance and repairs on technical equipment.,Documenting all service activities and customer interactions.,Ensuring that all services are completed to the highest standards of quality.,Working with the sales team to identify and address customer needs.,Providing training and support to customers on the use of technical equipment.,Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of technical equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
