📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate workshops, webinars, and mentorship programs to support continuous learning.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and align them with business goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in employee training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, training, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with learning management systems like Moodle or Cornerstone.
• Certification in HR or training-related fields is a plus.
