📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet's inventory, including stocking, ordering, and restocking products.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and resolving any issues or concerns.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet by following company policies and procedures.,Assist in cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.,Promote products and services to customers, and encourage sales.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
