📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
• Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.
• Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of our training programs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
• Work with the HR team to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall employee development strategy.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) like Moodle or Cornerstone to manage and track training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) like Moodle or Cornerstone is a plus.
• Certification in instructional design or training and development is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of HR best practices and compliance with local labor laws.
