📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate logistics operations including inventory, warehousing, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accuracy and safety.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Analyze and report on logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff in logistics operations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems and transportation management systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards related to logistics.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
