Sentral Rama Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing banquet events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a reputable company in the food service industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, vendor coordination, and guest arrangements.,Ensure the banquet hall is clean, well-maintained, and ready for events.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and service.,Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and address any special requests or concerns.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote banquet events and attract clients.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their satisfaction and positive experience.,Assist with inventory management and restocking of banquet supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with banquet equipment and basic event setup is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
