📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research, customer visits, and industry networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Present and demonstrate cutting tools products to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.,Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to meet customer needs and company objectives.,Provide technical support and advice to customers, addressing their concerns and questions.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the cutting tools industry.,Strong understanding of cutting tools products, their applications, and industry trends.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel is required.
