📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions.,Conduct process audits and provide recommendations for process optimization.,Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, process maps, and standard operating procedures.,Monitor and measure process performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.,Provide training and support to employees on new processes and tools.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Process Analyst role, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Strong understanding of business process management methodologies and tools.,Proficiency in process modeling and documentation tools such as Visio, Bizagi, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with ERP systems and business process automation tools is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
