📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth flow of talent.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management, discipline, and grievance handling.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and conduct regular audits.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.,Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and systems.,Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related fields is a plus.
