Bold Port Corporindo is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join our team in Badung, Bali. As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing our human resources department and ensuring that our employees are happy, productive, and engaged. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and for ensuring that our company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Ensure that the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Work with management to identify and address employee concerns and issues.,Develop and implement training programs for employees.,Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.,Manage the company's benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and technology is a plus.
