📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Present products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and healthcare industry.
