Tanggung Jawab:

Manage key accounts and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, both in person and through communication in Mandarin.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Strong technical background and understanding of our products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as needed for customer visits and industry events.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
